Figame.com is a rapidly growing travel technology company dedicated to transforming the corporate travel experience. Through our innovative booking platform and expanding European presence, we help organizations manage their business travel more efficiently and effectively.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an External Sales Consultant focused exclusively on the Belgian market. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Belgium's B2B environment and have the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within the region.


The Role


As an External Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation initiatives that contribute directly to business growth. You will oversee the entire demand generation process, working closely with Sales, Product, and other stakeholders to strengthen the sales pipeline and drive revenue expansion.


Key Responsibility


* Develop and execute a multi-channel strategy to generate high-quality leads across Belgium.
* Create targeted outreach campaigns tailored to specific industries, business sectors, and customer profiles.
* Manage and enhance marketing technologies, including CRM systems, email automation platforms, and analytical tools.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support growth objectives.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures to monitor campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
* Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead qualification, transfer, and ongoing process improvement.
* Continuously evaluate performance, test new approaches, and optimize activities to maximize growth opportunities.


Candidate Profile


* At least 5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or travel sectors.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and scale successful lead generation programs.
* Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline development.
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
* Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional European languages will be considered an advantage.
* Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
