Job Title: Healthcare Quality Advisor
Location: Rod Santos Dumont Km 66 s/n – salas 335 e 336, Campinas, Brazil. Position: Full time.
Job Overview: This role involves planning, organizing, and directing quality management processes and systems within the Healthcare Quality Organization, providing guidance to customers on effective healthcare quality assurance, and project managing quality assurance processes, systems, and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
* Plan, organize and direct the quality management processes and systems within the Healthcare Quality Organization.
* Provide guidance, support and advice to internal and external customers regarding effective management of business healthcare quality assurance.
* Manage customer relationships to ensure alignment with quality expectations and proactively address compliance requirements.
* Project manage and oversee the conceptualization, planning, design, implementation and support of quality assurance processes, systems, and quality technology solutions.
* Evaluate and monitor healthcare quality processes and systems to identify areas for continuous improvement and transformation to ensure global excellence.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare quality or safety, transportation, business, information systems, computer science, science or other scientific or quantitative discipline.
* Experience in healthcare quality within manufacturing, laboratories, distribution or closely related fields, including business, transportation, logistics or supply chain management.
* Proficient Office 365 skills.
* Strong basic management, human relations, project management, analytical and communication skills.
* Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
* Ability to train, communicate and present clearly, both orally and in written form to all business levels.
* Ability to collaborate with business areas, systems users and technical developers.
* Knowledge of regulatory documentation compliance expectations.
* Fluent in English.
