Growth Generalist

We're looking for a Growth Generalist to operate in true founder mode — someone who thinks strategically, executes fast, experiments with autonomy, and influences how Comp grows across multiple channels.
What you'll do
* Identify, prioritize, and run Growth experiments across multiple channels (acquisition, product marketing, distribution, partnerships, community, lifecycle, etc.).
* Build a coherent Growth strategy while also owning day‑to‑day execution.
* Actively shape Comp's market positioning and narrative, ensuring alignment with product evolution and go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy.
* Collaborate with the Product team to design and launch GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
* Analyze funnel performance, user behavior, and market signals to identify acceleration opportunities.
* Plan and run A/B tests, new initiatives, and creative distribution tactics.
* Track and report Growth metrics with clarity, pragmatism, and a focus on outcomes.
* Act as the connective tissue between Growth, Product, Revenue, and the Executive team — ensuring coherence across all initiatives.
* Influence strategic decisions through structured communication, ownership, and a proactive attitude.
Desired profile
* Mid‑to‑senior level professional with experience at startups, consulting firms, VCs, or high‑growth environments.
* Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline — able to switch between macro and micro quickly.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and building playbooks from scratch.
* Solid analytical skills and ability to run data‑driven experiments.
* Excellent communication and structured thinking — clear, concise, and pragmatic.
* High ownership, low ego, and a founder mindset aligned with Comp's culture.
* Fast learner, intellectually curious, and motivated by solving hard problems.
* Able to engage with senior leadership and influence decisions.
* We work in Portuguese, but English is a plus (desirable, not required).
* Most importantly: we're looking for smart, ambitious, high‑potential people who genuinely want to build — who bring intensity, curiosity, and a bias to action.
Compensation
R$18k–R$20k/month as an independent contractor (PJ) + the opportunity to earn very significant equity in Comp over time (100x+ upside potential)

2. Technical interviews – 2–3 sessions of 45 minutes
3. Case Study – Practical challenge
4. Reference checks – Conversations with former managers
5. Offer – Final proposal
