* re.Assist teams in understanding and applying contractual clauses, SLAs, and amendmen
* ts.Support the tender team in assessing contractual risks related to planning, technical, and financial aspects, and prepare materials for risk selection committe
* es.Advise project managers on contractual management with clients, consortiums, subcontractors, and supplie
* rs.Coordinate negotiations and compile claim files in collaboration with the legal departme
* nt.Identify, prioritize, and track contractual risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation or commercial optimization strategi
* es.Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and contractual tracking too

* le:Education: Master’s degree in Law, Engineering or Business Manageme
