We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting business operations and driving process improvements across the organization.
Mission
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work in an Agile environment to ensure business continuity, manage features and initiatives, and support colleagues across the company. You will handle a mix of strategic changes, small improvements, recurring tasks, and incident management while collaborating closely with development teams and end-users.
Responsibilities
* Gather, challenge, and consolidate requirements from a diverse set of stakeholders and gain deep expertise in your domain.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to define product concepts, processes, and functional architecture.
* Define acceptance criteria for features and initiatives under your responsibility.
* Work closely with Product Owners and development teams during refinement sessions to ensure all necessary information is available.
* Support business and user testing, and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when applicable.
* Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and compliance.
* Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to support consistent execution and incident resolution.
* Periodically review documentation to ensure it reflects current reality and meets regulatory or control requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
* Experience: Minimum 7 years in business analysis or related roles.
* Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile practices.
* Soft Skills: Analytical and conceptual thinker, structured approach, solution-oriented, stakeholder management, negotiation and persuasion, teamwork, adaptability, proactivity, and effective communication with diverse audiences.
* Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French; knowledge of English.
