About the role We're hiring a senior offensive security specialist to proactively test and improve the security of critical systems. You'll run vulnerability scans and penetration tests (web, cloud, infra), perform code reviews, and work closely with detection and response teams to strengthen security across the organisation. Key responsibilitiesPerform manual and automated penetration tests and vulnerability assessmentsRun and manage vulnerability scanning tools and interpret resultsConduct code reviews and cloud infrastructure testing (AWS/Azure)Develop custom scripts/tools for advanced testingLead purple-team exercises with defensive teams to improve detectionWrite clear technical reports and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholdersMentor junior security staff and contribute to security policies and procedures What we're looking forStrong hands-on experience in penetration testing, vulnerability management and ethical hackingExperience with tools such as Nessus/Tenable, Burp Suite, MetaSploit, NmapSolid knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environmentsFamiliarity with threat actor Ttps and MITRE ATT&CKAbility to produce high-quality technical reports and present to senior stakeholdersExcellent team player, comfortable in multinational environmentsEnglish fluency (C1+).
