Main Responsibilities
As part of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for leading client projects from end to end, from scoping through to delivery.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our client projects within the Professional Services team, based in Louvain-la-Neuve. You will also work closely with our teams located in Paris.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, including drafting project specifications, test scenarios, project documentation, and monitoring deliverables.
2. Coordinate technical and functional implementation within client environments.
3. Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend appropriate solutions and best practices (data models, data flows, implementation approaches).
4. Facilitate workshops and support clients in prioritizing their requirements and constraints.
5. Ensure effective coordination and communication between client teams (Marketing, IT), partners, and internal stakeholders (R&D, Development, Sales).
6. Contribute to pre-sales activities and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
7. Plan project activities, monitor deadlines, and ensure projects progress according to schedule.
8. Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation (optional).
9. Structure project management processes, reporting frameworks, and governance tools (optional).
10. Prepare progress reports and analyze performance indicators (optional).
11. Design and deliver training sessions to support client teams.
Your Profile
12. Proven experience in a similar role involving digital project management, CRM projects, or consulting.
13. Strong interest in digital marketing, CRM platforms, APIs, data modeling, and client advisory services.
14. Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and efficiency.
16. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and ensure smooth project execution through effective communication and organization.
17. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
