Context: The Youth & Education Team within WWF-Belgium's Communication and Public Engagement Department builds a network of (young) people : kids, rangers, students, young professionals, volunteers and families. We educate and mobilise them with the goal that they shift toward more sustainable behaviours and that they act for a living planet. The Youth & Education team is composed by 3 pillars: Rangerclub for kids (6-14) willing to become nature protectors, Education (6-25) for schools and a Youth team (15-25) for young nature leaders. We're looking for a motivated Education Marketeer (with an excellent level of Dutch) to join our team. In this role, you will help us grow our community of rangers and teachers while assisting the Education Officer with education-related tasks. Deep dive into the role Assist & support the education officer with educational projects : Assist in creating educational materials and awareness-raising tools for young people (educational concepts, kits, etc.). Support the Education Officer in writing reports for subsidizing bodies. Develop content and feed the different channels of communication towards the target audience (website, newsletters ). Assist the team with their marketing activities: Audience targeting, acquisition and retention: Help analyse audience data, suggest actions to reach new audiences and develop strategies to retain existing members (kids, rangers, teachers, youth). Contribute to increasing traffic to our websites (rangerclub.be and wwf.be/scholen), through improvement of SEO and digital campaigns, etc. Grow the subscriber base for the education newsletter for teachers and educators. Keeping abreast of trends in marketing, and proposing ideas to strengthen audiences’ engagement. Operational support : Assist the team in its daily tasks (translations, meeting preparation, occasionally provide support at events during the weekend, etc.). This is a good match for you if Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in one or several of the following domains: Content marketing: creating engaging, audience-focused content (e.g. educational products). Digital marketing: familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or analytics to promote educational concepts effectively. Project management: experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects (e.g. collaborating with designers, subject-matter experts, etc.). Branding & messaging: ability to craft compelling narratives for educational programs or products. Data-driven decision making: ability to use metrics (e.g. engagement rates, learner feedback) to refine educational concepts or marketing strategies. You possess the following soft skills: Creativity and innovation: a track record of developing unique, impactful educational concepts. Storytelling: ability to frame educational content that resonates with diverse audiences. Collaboration and communication: experience working with cross-functional teams. You are a good planner and very well organized. You are a social and positive person. You possess several technical skills and/or knowledge about tools: Canva, Google analytics, CRM systems, Power BI, etc. An excellent level of Dutch, and you have a good level of spoken English.
