An experienced Senior Business Analyst is required to strengthen the Business Solutions Underwriting Projects team within a Non-Life insurance environment. The role focuses on designing and delivering digital solutions that support operational business teams and distribution partners (brokers, bank agencies, etc.) in the subscription and management of Non-Life insurance contracts.
The consultant will act as a bridge between Business and IT, ensuring business needs are translated into effective solutions while supporting project delivery, testing, implementation, and stakeholder alignment.
Your missions:
1. Support initiatives related to workflows and core applications within the Non-Life insurance domain.
2. Analyse business needs and transform them into clear functional requirements for IT teams.
3. Design and propose appropriate digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
4. Manage and coordinate projects within the business solutions domain and across the organization.
5. Define and coordinate testing activities to ensure solution quality.
6. Support solution deployment and post-implementation activities.
7. Facilitate collaboration between Business, IT, Legal, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting processes and supporting applications.
Your activities:
Project Management
9. Day-to-day project follow-up.
10. Monitor project planning, milestones, and budget.
11. Coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders.
12. Track risks, issues, and dependencies.
Business Analysis
13. Gather and analyse business needs.
14. Conduct requirements elicitation sessions.
15. Design target solutions and business processes.
16. Produce clear and structured functional requirements documentation for IT teams.
17. Ensure alignment between business objectives and proposed solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance
18. Define testing strategies and approaches.
19. Create comprehensive test plans.
20. Prepare and execute test scenarios and test scripts.
21. Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
22. Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
Delivery & Support
23. Support implementation and deployment activities.
24. Assist business users during solution rollout.
25. Ensure smooth transition to operational teams.
26. Provide post-delivery support when required.
Stakeholder Management
27. Act as liaison between Business and IT.
28. Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, operational teams, brokers, and other stakeholders.
29. Facilitate communication and decision-making across departments.
30. Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
