Mission
As a Communication Manager, you are responsible for developing and promoting the company's brand image across all markets. You define and deploy a coherent, creative, and impactful communication strategy to strengthen brand awareness, desirability, and preference among consumers. You ensure a strong and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, both online and offline, in close collaboration with marketing, sales teams, and external partners.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement the brand communication strategy in line with business and marketing objectives.
* Develop and manage ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns, with performance monitoring and results optimization.
* Oversee the creation of brand content (visuals, videos, social media, promotional and institutional materials).
* Ensure consistency of brand image and tone across all channels and markets.
* Manage relationships with agencies, media, partners, and external suppliers.
* Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, Digital, and Sales teams to ensure integrated and effective communication.
* Develop innovative partnerships, collaborations, and activations to strengthen brand visibility and desirability.
* Continuously monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and FMCG communication.
* Represent the brand at events, launches, and external activations.
* Manage communication budgets and ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives.
Profile and required skills
* You hold a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
* You adopt both a strategic and operational approach, with a strong ability to analyze KPIs and communication performance.
* You have 5 to 8 years of experience in brand communication, ideally in FMCG, premium retail, or lifestyle.
* You have a strong creative sensibility and a good understanding of branding and storytelling challenges.
* You have experience in managing multichannel campaigns and communication projects.
* You are perfectly fluent in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
* You are organized, autonomous, and results-oriented.
* You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with different stakeholders.
* You are charismatic, meticulous, and comfortable in interactions. A true brand ambassador, you have excellent elocution, good interpersonal skills, and positive energy.
