The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our Brazil finance team in Blumenau. This is a high-impact role where you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full accounting cycle while helping strengthen financial processes and reporting. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
* Manage core accounting operations, including:
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Billing processes
* Support and execute monthly close activities
* Prepare and deliver financial reports to global stakeholders
* Partner with external accounting providers to support local compliance
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across the business
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
What You Bring
Required Experience
* Experience in accounting roles with exposure to:
* AP / AR / Billing
* Monthly close processes
* Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP principles
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Language Skills
* Portuguese: Fluent
* English: Conversational (able to participate in meetings and communicate with global teams)
