As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
* Acquire and manage Brazilian top business partners to kick off business for the consumables category.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign.
* Help business partners gradually expand exposure by leveraging creators' capabilities or building their own.
* Discover new collaborative opportunities for partners' short‑term and long‑term development plans.
* Maintain service quality provided by partners – low cancellation and return rate, reviews, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
* Utilize data proficiently to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritize solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related field.
* Proven experience in interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
* Proactive self‑learner, open to navigating uncertain and exploratory business scenarios.
* Able to commit to a minimum working duration of 6 months or 1 year.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills, with a structured and critical approach to problem‑solving.
