Technical Consultant
This position is a hybrid model in our Sao Paulo (Berrini) unit.
Position Summary
The Technical Consultant provides consultancy and technical advice to the Customers. This person collects, clarifies, defines, formalizes and delivers card product specification based on Customer requirements. It is responsible for manage the project (schedules, requiments, meetings, follow ups) and product life cycle.
Key Areas of Responsibility
* Provide pre-Sales support, as a complement to the Sales process, including the analysis of the Customers requests, in terms of Cards and Solutions (if relevant).
* Manage projects (internal and external) through the entire life cycle in respect of cost, time, risk, impact and quality requirements.
* Act actively to understand the Customer’s technical needs and to identify the possible solutions, based on Thales current product map.
* Define the Requirements Specifications for the Customers assigned to him/her.
* Possibly act as the technical interface for the customers.
* Possibly be in charge of the project management for the card product or FPER.
* Possibly do first level support for small businesses.
* Possibly be in charge of coaching and supervising.
* Possibly take part of the project implementation of solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Engineering.
* Computer science background.
* Project Manager.
* Process and analytical knowledge.
* Advanced English.
