Cost Controller – Belgium | Pharma & Engineering Project
We're currently supporting a
capacity expansion project
in Belgium and are looking for an experienced
Cost Controller
to join the team during the construction phase. The project is a
€50–100M pharmaceutical build
, now moving from tendering into active construction — a great opportunity to get involved at a critical stage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee
budget control
and
cashflow management
to meet strict annual targets.
* Support
change management
and
risk management
processes.
* Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure financial transparency.
* Report regularly on cost performance and forecast adjustments.
Requirements:
* Background in
pharma
or
engineering
projects (€50–100M range).
* Strong experience in
budget control
,
cashflow
, and
cost reporting
.
* Knowledge of
project change
and
risk management
.
* Ideally
Dutch-speaking
and
based in Belgium
.
* QS background
(especially in piping & HVAC packages) is a strong plus.
* Availability:
40–60 hours/month, with at least
1 day per week on-site
.
