Make your mark for patients - We are looking for an Omnichannel & Stakeholder Engagement Lead to support the Head of Omnichannel & Stakeholder Engagement in driving the regional execution of UCB’s global omnichannel strategy across Europe
About the role
As Omnichannel & Stakeholder Engagement Lead (EU), you will support the Head of Omnichannel & Stakeholder Engagement in driving the regional execution of UCB’s global omnichannel strategy across Europe. You will help ensure alignment to strategic priorities, enable adoption of Omnichannel Hub services, and provide hands-on support to local affiliates—so customer engagement is consistent across markets while still being tailored to local needs and maturity.
The position can be filled in one of our major hubs in Germany, UK or Belgium.
What you will do
1. Support strategic execution by translating global and regional omnichannel priorities into actionable plans for local affiliates.
2. Act as a key liaison between the regional team and local markets to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely delivery of priorities.
3. Facilitate adoption of Omnichannel Hub services by promoting, guiding, and supporting affiliates in leveraging hub capabilities.
4. Identify, document, and share best practices — elevating successful local initiatives for regional and/or global re-use.
5. Provide coaching and enablement tailored to market maturity (from hands-on guidance for emerging markets to empowerment of more mature affiliates).
6. Monitor progress against milestones, flag risks, and escalate issues as needed to enable course-correction and problem-solving.
Who you will work with
You will work closely with the Head of Omnichannel & Stakeholder Engagement EU and partner with local affiliate teams across the region. You will also collaborate with the Omnichannel Hub Services team and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Digital & Technology, Insights to Impact, Global Marketing, and PIM) to ensure integrated execution and measurable impact.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
7. Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree preferred.
8. 5+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital health, or commercial roles (7+ years for a more senior leveling), ideally in multinational and/or regional contexts.
9. Strong understanding of omnichannel strategy and customer engagement principles.
10. Experience in pharma/healthcare regional or local market operations; affiliate-facing enablement and/or digital excellence experience is a plus.
11. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across a complex matrix.
12. Ability to work across diverse geographies and adapt to varying levels of digital maturity.
