Role Overview
A talented Infrastructure and Construction Manager will lead commercial initiatives and advise clients on complex capital projects within PwC’s Risk Consulting department. Responsibilities
Contribute to the internal and external visibility of the team and service offering. Spearhead commercial activities by targeting clients, leveraging experience and network. Develop targeted proposals that address clients’ needs. Advise clients for the execution of complex or critical capital projects. Mentor and coach junior team members on projects and the team. Review and optimise clients’ existing operating models and frameworks for the lifecycle of a capital asset or investment. Advise on the digitalisation of operating models, including implementation of relevant new technologies in the construction sector. Enhance project management methodologies and controls: schedule analysis, cost estimates, claims and disputes management, risk management procedures, contract administration and governance, processes and systems. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (civil or industrial), architecture, or a comparable field. 4–8 years of experience managing client relationships and leading commercial negotiations. Effective communicator, able to convey viewpoints clearly in writing and verbally. Expertise in business and industry knowledge, well connected in the Belgium market. Fluent in English. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring and coaching teams. Dynamic, self‑driven, solutions‑oriented, with solution‑based thinking. Experience in the energy sector and German language skills are a definite plus. Working Environment
