About the Role.
Stefanini Latam Digital is looking for a Senior SAP Plan-to-Deliver (P2 D) Logistics Consultant to join a high-impact SAP S/4 HANA transformation project in Brazil. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for an SAP logistics expert with strong experience in SAP SD, Logistics Execution, delivery processes, transportation, warehouse integration, and manufacturing environments. The role is ideal for someone who can lead functional discussions, configure SAP logistics processes, work closely with business and IT stakeholders, and contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives.

Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days onsite per week
Employment Type: Full-time contractor
Compensation: Up to USD 6,200/month
What You’ll Do Design and implement SAP S/4 HANA logistics execution solutions. Configure logistics execution processes in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA. Define, optimize, and support outbound and inbound delivery processes. Work on shipment, transportation planning, and logistics execution activities. Ensure proper integration between SAP SD, MM, warehouse systems, and transportation platforms. Lead workshops with logistics, supply chain, business, and IT stakeholders. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions. Support testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation activities. Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance, logistics visibility, and operational efficiency. Support reporting, analytics, and logistics KPI visibility when applicable.
What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, ideally at Senior Consultant, Lead, or Architect level. Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and SAP Logistics Execution. Experience working with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA. Solid knowledge of outbound deliveries, inbound deliveries, shipments, transportation planning, and logistics execution processes. Experience integrating SAP with warehouse systems, SAP WM/EWM, WMS, or transportation platforms. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry. Participation in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects. Advanced or fluent English for business and technical communication. Based in Brazil and available to work in a hybrid model, 3 days onsite per week.
Nice to Have Automotive industry experience. SAP TM experience. SAP WM or SAP EWM experience. Experience with logistics KPIs, transportation optimization, or S/4 HANA analytics. Experience in large-scale SAP transformation, rollout, or migration projects.
