Responsibilities
* Design and produce a range of materials including slide decks, infographics, posters, digital assets, and print collateral
* Collaborate with medical writers and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity
* Apply brand guidelines while maintaining high design standards
* Prepare files for print and digital distribution
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients efficiently
Required Qualifications
* 2–5+ years of design experience (agency experience preferred, especially in healthcare or pharma)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; PowerPoint is often essential)
* Ability to handle technical or scientific content without oversimplifying or misrepresenting it
* Comfort working with AI tools and AI agents
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical advertising, or healthcare marketing
* Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in medical/pharma communications
* Basic understanding of scientific terminology and clinical data
* Motion graphics or interactive design skills (a plus, not required)
