Key responsibilities
1. Prepare all financial and contractual elements
2. Follow up commercial terms & conditions, prepare sales contracts (usual contracts or drafts) with the Legaldepartment and elaborate contracts review document for the contract review meeting
3. Organize the Quotation Board and be sure that all departments are involved and give their input
4. Mitigate contractual risks with other departments: Manufacturing Supply Chain, Finance, quality, EHS
5. Prepare all payment documents to be submitted to the customers, in coordination with Project managers
6. Full coordination of invoicing and related payment
7. Ensure a correct update of information in database and summary reports
8. Reporting and KPI
9. Provide daily support to the team when required
Skills and Qualifications
You have
10. Master’s degree in business administration, documentation or equivalent by experience
11. Experience in complex contract management and legal awareness of business administration (minimum 2-3 years)
12. Excellent mastering of Office Package
13. ERP, Power BI, Jira and Salesforce experience is an asset (other similar tools are accepted)
14. Ability to analyze, interpret and display data is an asset
15. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

18. Able to coordinate project and communicate with different departments and stakeholders

23. Based in Belgium, able to come each week in Louvain-La-Neuve
