Coordinate project activities including planning, milestones, deliverables, reporting, and budget follow-up
Identify and manage operational risks, dependencies, and project issues
Define and lead the change management strategy aligned with the project roadmap
Analyze organizational impacts and identify affected stakeholders and user groups
Develop communication and training plans to support the transformation
Drive user adoption initiatives and animate key stakeholder or ambassador networks
Profile
Our client is looking for a consultant with combined experience in ERP project management and organisational change within large environments.
Required skills and experience
Strong expertise in:
Change management
ERP project environments
Business process management
Risk management
Financial reporting processes
Experience working within large organizations
Good understanding of financial processes, ideally in the public sector
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with major ERP platforms is considered a plus
Languages
French: native or bilingual xphnsxz proficiency
English: professional working proficiency
Dutch: active knowledge
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in ERP transformations, change management initiatives, and financial department transformation projects, including the key challenges and outcomes achieved.
