* Coordinate and supervise daily building maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and periodic maintenance activities.
* Manage and support a team of technicians and skilled workers while overseeing planning, workload allocation, and leave management.
* Follow up on maintenance projects, interventions, and external contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
* Manage supplier relationships, service contracts, budgets, invoices, and monitor compliance with agreed KPIs and service levels.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain technical documentation, report maintenance activities, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Building Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction site supervision.
* Strong technical knowledge of building structures, construction methods, and maintenance practices.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
* Fluent in French and Dutch, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
