You will take ownership of Belgian payroll while supporting broader HR operations and contributing to international payroll coordination in a dynamic and evolving environment.
* Manage end-to-end Belgian payroll (white- and blue-collar employees)
* Oversee employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
* Act as key contact for external payroll providers
* Administer and optimize employee benefits
* Support international payroll coordination with local partners
* Handle payroll and HR-related queries from employees and managers
* Ensure compliance with Belgian labor law and tax regulations
* Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics (headcount, absenteeism, KPIs)
* Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
* Proven experience in Belgian payroll (A-Z)
* Strong knowledge of social legislation and tax regulations
* Analytical mindset with an interest in HR data and reporting
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
* Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving organization
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
