You have experience as administrative/sales support within a Real Estate agency, developer or investment funds, and you are at ease with client contacts and business development actions? · You guarantee a seamless customer journey, from initial contact to end of operations with the rest of the team
· Manage leads generated and distribute them to the rest of the team
· Support the Teams via reporting, administrative and commercial follow-up
· Market analysis and dashboards have no secrets for you
· Keep up database and CRM in order and updated
The perfect profile ?
· Experience in real estate (in an agency, for a developer or an investment fund,...)
· Good professional level in dutch, french and english
· Knowledge of real estate sales and acquisition process + customer journey
· Sales driven and ready to put on work to obtain results and support the teams
