About The Role
Our mission is to democratize Uber's advertising capabilities by scaling high‑impact solutions for rapidly growing brands and mid‑market leaders. As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in bridging high‑velocity sales with more strategic account development. In this role, you'll directly contribute to revenue diversification while helping a wide range of businesses grow through Uber's ecosystem. You'll lead a team, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and identify scalable opportunities that drive long‑term impact.
What You'll Do
* Lead and support a team of Account Executives and Partner Managers, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and high performance
* Refine the go‑to‑market approach for the Mid‑Market segment, with a focus on improving sales velocity and customer retention
* Own revenue outcomes for the Growth vertical, ensuring strong pipeline health and reliable forecasting
* Partner with Product and Operations teams to influence the development of self‑service tools and features for mid‑tier advertisers
* Design, launch, and evaluate pilot programs for new ad formats or verticals to identify scalable growth opportunities
* Collaborate with regional resellers, supporting their success and expanding reach across key markets and client segments
What You'll Need
* Experience in Sales, Growth, or Account Management within digital advertising, AdTech, SaaS, or related industries
* Experience leading high‑velocity sales teams (Mid‑Market or SMB), with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
* Strong understanding of digital performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV, and attribution models
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
Bonus Points
* Experience building and scaling sales playbooks or automated workflows to manage large client volumes efficiently
* Ability to adapt quickly and turn product updates into actionable market opportunities
* Experience using CRM and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Looker) to drive performance and forecasting
* Familiarity with mid‑market agencies and growth‑stage companies, particularly within the Brazilian market
