PpIn this role, you are the linchpin of our project team. No two days are the same, and you ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliYou dive into the tender dossier (specifications, plans, etc.) and extract what is needed to kick off the project successfully. /liliTogether with the relevant parties, you establish the project planning and workflow. /liliAfter the kick-off, you further develop the technical and administrative preparations in collaboration with the estimating team and project planners. /liliYou closely monitor project progress, plan actions, and provide regular reports. /liliYou manage the budget and proactively address potential bottlenecks. /liliYou prepare progress reports and serve as the main point of contact during site meetings. /liliSafety and quality always come first; you ensure these are maintained on site. /liliYou foster good collaboration within the team and among all stakeholders. /liliYou coach where needed to bring out the best in everyone. /liliYou take the initiative to review what can be improved at the end of projects and share best practices to make future projects run even more smoothly. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
