We're gathering an extraordinary team to tackle one of the world's toughest challenges, and we’re looking for a world-class Motion and Visual Designer to craft our product and tell our story to small farmers in the Amazon Region and to the world.
Responsibilities
* Design and prototype motion concepts, turning them into final assets for all digital platforms (responsive).
* Create and execute all motion elements to ensure a consistent style from start to finish.
* Edit, assemble, and finalize video content—including short films, promotional clips, tutorials, and interviews—to create compelling narratives for our marketing channels, social media, and platform.
* Use your design and UX skills to create engaging tech demos that inspire the team.
* Collaborate with teams like business, engineering, and marketing to align creative work with business goals.
* Nice to have: Support in refining new user flows and optimizing existing ones within our core product.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience working in a creative discipline (e.g., motion design, video editing, filmmaking, art direction, visual design, etc.).
* A strong portfolio of creative work displaying expertise in motion design, visual design, and video editing.
* Experience creating video content that drives product engagement and marketing goals.
* Skilled in translating complex technical or abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives, animations, and videos for high-visibility digital campaigns (social media, web, etc.).
* Strong connection with Sanctu's mission and vision.
