About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer specializing in UI, UX, and 3D Design to join our growing team. This role is responsible for creating visually engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, branding, and marketing materials while ensuring strong usability and modern design standards.
The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design expertise with user-centered thinking and 3D visualization skills, capable of transforming concepts into impactful and interactive visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Design visually compelling user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital platforms
* Create user-centered UX solutions including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs
* Develop high-quality 2D and 3D visual assets, mockups, animations, and product visualizations
* Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Development, and Branding teams to deliver cohesive design solutions
* Maintain and evolve brand identity, visual guidelines, and design systems
* Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging designs
* Produce creative materials for campaigns, social media, presentations, and promotional content
* Conduct design reviews and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
* Stay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall creative direction
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, UI/UX Design, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or digital design
* Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, branding, and 3D design work
* Proficiency in design tools such as:
* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
* Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
* Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or other 3D software
* Strong understanding of:
* User interface and user experience principles
* Responsive and mobile-first design
* Typography, color theory, and layout composition
* Motion graphics and 3D rendering
* Experience working in fast-paced and collaborative environments
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Nice to Have
* Experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing
* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end design limitations
* Experience in gaming, iGaming, tech, or digital product industries
* Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards
