:Analyze product designs and specifications to select appropriate processes, equipment, and tooling. Develop manufacturing routings, work instructions, and technical documentation (e.g., bills of materials, assembly guidelines)

Industrialize New or Modified Product
s:Support prototype and pre-series phases, ensuring a seamless transition from engineering to full-scale production. Validate processes to meet quality, cost, and timeline target

Optimize Existing Process
es:Identify inefficiencies (waste, time losses, material issues) and apply Lean/Kaizen/5S methodologies. Contribute to cost-reduction and lead-time optimization initiativ
