What you'll do:
* Shape and refine country strategy, translating priorities into clear roadmaps and measurable targets
* Deliver data-driven insights to guide leadership decision-making
* Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects across growth, operations, logistics, and customer experience
* Own initiatives end-to-end—from concept through to execution and delivery
* Drive transformation, operational improvements, and new ways of working
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance
* Lead change management and ensure strong adoption across teams
* Collaborate across functions and markets to share best practices and accelerate growth
What you bring:
* 3–6 years' experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or program management
* Proven track record of delivering measurable impact in complex, fast-paced environments
* Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to turn insights into action
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
* Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice to have:
* Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, tech, logistics, or operations-led businesses
* Fluency in French and/or Dutch (in addition to English)
