You will lead multidisciplinary teams on projects that bridge business and IT, creating lasting value for Life Science organizations. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liAnalyze, design and implement processes using our GRIPP methodology. /li liLead complex projects independently and manage multidisciplinary teams. /li liModel and optimize business processes using BPMN tools. /li liPrepare product breakdowns for large‑scale projects with budgets ranging from 3 to 50 million euros. /li liAdvise clients on digital transformation and best practices. /li liProvide training and coaching to successfully implement new processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA team player who encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing. /li liAble to switch between operational details and strategic goals. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills at all levels, from operational to C‑level. /li liAnalytical, solution‑oriented with a keen eye for detail and interdependencies. /li liPositive, eager to learn, and able to motivate others. /li /ul h3What you bring to the table /h3 ul liBSc or MSc level education. /li li3 to 7 years of experience in process optimization and digital transformation. /li liProficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and experience with tools such as Adonis or Aris. /li liKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt is a plus). /li liPreferred experience in Life Sciences with systems such as MES, ERP, LIMS, or QMS. /li liExcellent command of Dutch (fluent) and English. /li /ul h3What you can expect from us /h3 pYour development is our priority.
