🎯 YOUR ROLE
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for end users and provide high-quality IT support within a professional organization.
You will handle incidents and service requests, support users with hardware and software issues, and collaborate closely with various IT teams to continuously improve the user experience.
📌 WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
* Provide support for end-user IT issues and requests
* Manage service requests and access management activities
* Log, track and resolve tickets following ITIL best practices
* Support mobile devices, printers and workplace technologies
* Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvements
🫵 YOUR PROFILE
Must-haves
* Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk environments
* Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Intune
* Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL practices
* Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VLANs)
* Experience supporting iOS and Android devices
* Professional proficiency in Dutch and French
* Good command of English
Nice-to-haves
* Experience with Cisco environments
* Knowledge of printer management solutions
* Experience in enterprise environments
