In this role, you will act as a key member of the dynamic Functional Data Architecture Consulting team with 12 enthusiastic consultants. You’ll dive into exciting data and functional analysis missions across diverse and impactful projects. /p pActing as a bridge between business and data teams, you will analyze business needs, define and validate data models, and ensure data usage and dashboards are aligned with real business processes and KPIs. /p h3Examples of projects you may work on /h3 ul liRebuilding the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) systems in the aviation industry. /li liRefactoring the Fund Management application in a financial institution by modernizing data storage for improved efficiency and enhancing data visualization. /li liData Management projects in retail, transport, and financial sectors. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCover data modeling, data process improvement, data analysis, and data management within assigned projects. /li liTranslate business requirements into clear functional data specifications. /li liDefine, design, and validate data models in collaboration with technical teams. /li liOptimize dashboards, KPIs, and data usage from a business perspective. /li liEnsure data consistency across reports, tools, and domains. /li liBuild documentation and test implementations of the innovative solutions. /li liStakeholder management: meeting and managing customer needs and expectations. /li liAct as a trusted consultant, advising clients on data structures, usage, and best practices to meet their business objectives. /li /ul h3What this role is not /h3 ul liYou are not expected to build data pipelines or design technical architectures. /li liYou are not responsible for complex SQL, ETL development, or coding‑heavy tasks. /li liYou influence and validate data structures rather than implementing them. /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liA good affinity with and interest in technological solutions, with the capability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders. /li liAnalytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. /li liEffectively operate in workshop and interview contexts. /li liAutonomous and solutions oriented. /li liDynamic team player. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills in French and/or Dutch + English. /li /ul h3Your technical experience /h3 ul liAt least 4-5 years hands‑on experience in Data Functional analysis in the context of large‑scale IT implementation projects. /li liExperience in functional analysis, design and testing, data modeling (classical data modeling as well as star schema modeling), data change management. /li liExperience in one or more of the following operational or analytical business areas: marketing automation optimization, digital and social Marketing, sales force automation, marketing analysis, sales reporting, dashboarding, benchmarking, customer servicing dashboarding, general reporting analysis, data analytics visualization, data quality, data analysis and data science, GDPR compliance. /li liExperience working in an Agile environment. /li liExperience in tool implementation: CRM tools, BI reporting analysis tools, portal environments and tools, data governance (metadata, MDM, data quality). /li liProficient reporting and documentation skills. /li liFluency in SQL and other programming languages is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Why you should join us /h3 ul liA community of experts - as Digital Natives, we put innovation at the heart of our expertise.
