We are looking for a driven B2B Account Executive with deep industry connections and a track record of success in both outbound and inbound sales within cryptocurrency, digital assets, or traditional financial markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, opening doors with key decision‑makers, and navigating complex deal structures in a fast‑moving, highly competitive industry.
This position prioritizes candidates with LATAM market experience and those located within time zones that overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leads
* Leverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand Shift Markets' client network
* Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high‑value contracts
* Present Shift Markets' full suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs in both crypto and TradFi markets
* Build a strong pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM
* Represent Shift Markets at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen relationships and generate leads
* Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post‑sale support
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to position Shift Markets as a trusted partner
Qualifications
* 2‑5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals
* Established network of contacts in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services (capital markets, FX, brokerages, liquidity providers, etc.)
* Previous experience working within an FX/CFD brokerage, Neo/Challenger Bank, payment processor, or crypto‑native entity
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
* Located within or able to work in a timezone that overlaps with EST
* Strong understanding of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto and/or TradFi
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a high‑growth environment
