Adobe Experience Platform & Adobe Journey Optimizer Architect/Technical Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as an AEP / AJO Architect. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product innovation, enterprise architecture, and marketing technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive impactful decisions, shape long-term architectural vision, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven hands-on experience building and delivering solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) in enterprise environments.
* Mandatory hands-on project experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including implementation, orchestration, segmentation, and activation use cases in production environments. Certification-only exposure to AJO will not be considered sufficient for this role.
* Strong technical depth across AEP core components, including:
o XDM schema design
o Dataset creation and management
o Identity resolution and identity graphs
o Real-Time Customer Profile
o Data ingestion and activation patterns
* Strong understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) architecture, customer journey orchestration, and activation workflows.
* Experience designing and implementing customer, event, and profile-centric data models.
* Solid understanding of end-to-end CDP architectures and customer data flows.
* Ability to work across multiple data sources and integrate them into AEP.
* Experience collaborating directly with distributed client and delivery teams across global environments, particularly with US and India-based stakeholders.
* Ability to operate as a strong individual contributor while also providing technical leadership and guidance across teams.
* Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
* Experience supporting enterprise-scale Martech transformations and platform transitions.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound architectural and implementation decisions.
* Experience operating in enterprise environments with complex data ecosystems.
* Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Additional Information
Contract modality: This position is full time and open for contractor modality in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina and Brazil. The contract is for 6 months with high possibility of extension.
