For an international customer in Limburg, I am searching for a Crisis Manager to work in a supply chain - warehouse context, responsible for restoring order, safety, and compliance within the organization during situations of disruption, non-compliance, or acute operational problems. Crisis analysis & problem diagnosis:
Perform risk analyses and impact assessments.
Implement immediate measures to prevent escalation.
Coordinating actions between departments (logistics, HR, safety, planning, production, customer care, etc.).
Conflict mediation and managing resistance within teams.
Training and coaching employees and managers in compliance and safety awareness.
Exposure to supply chain - warehouse environments
