Overview
VTEX DCS is a global program that prepares recent graduates to become specialists in the Digital Commerce industry. The 18‑month program offers a full‑time employment opportunity paired with a learning curriculum from the EICOM Institute, focusing on solution architecture and related high‑demand skills.
Requirements
* College degree. Graduation must be between December 2023 and July 2026.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
* Resident of or available to work in São Paulo and willing to attend the office four days a week; relocation costs are not covered by VTEX.
* Prior experience in e‑commerce and B2B companies is preferable.
* Programming and AI skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
