Defining the supply chain flow and managing the official handover of projects from the engineering team to the production team. Monitoring production milestones and ensuring on-time delivery. Aligning with the Production team lead on project status and priorities. Monthly alignment with sales, account managers, and team lead on customer forecasts and subcontractor capacities. Daily follow-up and update of production deliveries using our client’s WIP (Work-in-Progress) database system. Reviewing incoming purchase orders from customers and generating corresponding purchase orders for subcontractors. Coordinating global shipments to subcontractors and end customers.
