Key responsibilities:

Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new partnership opportunities from Tourism Boards, Hotels, Cruises and other Tourism Products Prepare the marketing / sales plan in alignment with partner's requirements and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives. Coordinate and manage multiple partnership projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Complete responsibility of managing day to day activities for partners Engaging with travel agents to promote partner brands, manage on ground activities, promote uptake of the product Plan and execute innovative marketing strategies, joint promotions with agents. Solicit participation from private sector partners in promoting the de Coordinating with marketing and design team to timely launch the communication as per the proposal campaign. Provide robust reporting of the campaign deliverables. Monitoring the campaign health regularly.

Experience and Skills Required:

The ideal candidate should have impeccable communication skills and should be presentable. They will be responsible for handling deliverables of multiple marketing campaigns signed up.

4-6 Years of overall Work-Experience, with Minimum 4 years in Travel Industry. Experience of either working with a Tourism Board, Tourism Representation Firm or in Tourism partnership role with a travel company, is a must. Excellent track record at building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels A master at juggling different projects simultaneously An understanding of the travel industry and how to sell destinations. Experience in Advertisement industry is welcomed.
