A dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP). The HRBP plays a critical role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the matrix organizational structure, where collaboration across different departments and regions is essential.

oProvide guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the OCTR process.
4.Organisational Development:
oDrive organisational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
oFacilitate team-building activities and workshops to enhance team cohesion and performance.
oImplement and monitor employee engagement initiatives.
5.Compliance and Risk Management:
oConduct all mandatory labor negotiations and manage matters related to labor relations.
oEnsure compliance with Belgian labour laws and regulations.
oManage HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure consistency.
oStay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.
6.HR Metrics and Reporting:
oAnalyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making. Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
oMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
