Responsibilities
* 1. Drive business strategy and HR integration
* 2. Enable organization execution while building the organization’s capability
* 3. Act as change agent to drive the development and execution of strategic plans across the organization, through proactive HR leadership
* 4. Use workforce analytics and various business metrics to drive strategic decision-making as it relates to people and policies
* 5. Partner with the senior management team to define, implement and build the culture. Enhance the professional lives of our employees and help manage growth in the business
* 6. Recommends and implements salary programs, employee benefit programs, and human resources policies to provide the best possible working environment for employees and retain our competitive market position.
* 7. Prepares annual department budget while monitoring and controlling monthly budgeted expenses. Skilled in identifying cost savings and opportunities for revenue and volume growth.
* 8. Manage employee relations, including providing advice and counsel to employees, managers and executive leadership.
* 9. Enhance management and leadership capacity, by serving as an internal management and executive coach.
* 10. Partner with the executive team and other managers to ensure communication is effective and employee communication needs are met. Own internal communication and serve as the communication hub for subsidiary-wide communications.
* 11. Lead the implementation of organizational development initiatives that will facilitate seamless handoffs across all of the business units and improve internal accountability.
* 12. Own the evolution of the employer brand and ensure it is strong and effective in attracting and retaining talent to the company.
* 13. Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring of key staff at all levels. Assists in the recruitment of professional and managerial employees to deliver progressive leadership and direction for the company.
* 14. Manage employment-related legal risks by ensuring compliance with all federal, guidelines.
* 15. Partners with Corporate and Regional HR to drive employee and organizational development using established EOD systems and improving on them where possible to better attain the goals of the Brazil business.
* 16. Directs all maintenance and facilities aspects, ensuring projects and processes are delivered in proper time and manner, always focusing to deliver the best service level for the Company in terms of quality and safety.
