Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent sales service
* Ensure the department maintains a high visual standard and apply visual merchandising guidelines
* Recommend and suggest products based on customers’ needs
* Provide accurate information on product features and benefits, continuously developing product knowledge
* Represent and promote the brand image and standards at all times
* Actively support the reception of new deliveries and keep store stock well organized to optimize sales
* Comply with all company policies and procedures
