Responsibilities
* Be responsible end-to-end for the innovation portfolio within garden care, pool care and cleaning.
* Combine innovation, R&D, project management and regulatory alignment to bring new products and improvements to market.
* Act as central contact for innovation projects and collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Production, Supply Chain and Finance to build strong business cases and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
* Build a continuous innovation pipeline and monitor market trends, consumer needs, competition developments and regulatory evolutions.
* Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities, suppliers, ingredients, formulas, solutions and packaging innovations.
* Manage full project cycle from idea development and concept phase through feasibility studies, risk analysis to market introduction.
* Develop strong business cases for innovation and renovation projects, including volume estimates and commercial potential, in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Finance.
* Follow European legislation with the Regulatory Affairs Specialist to prepare and guide registration and approval dossiers where relevant or anticipate changes.
* Lead cross‑functional project teams and task forces, ensuring clear ownership, milestone planning, priorities and timely delivery.
* Track project progress, budget and risks, and report clearly on status, bottlenecks and next steps.
* Proactively collaborate with all departments within the BSI Group to secure internal support and alignment.
* Report directly to the CEO.
