Lincoln is exclusively partnering with a leading European player in affinity and embedded insurance to recruit a senior Business Development & Partnership Manager for the Benelux market.
This is a strategic role for someone who knows how to open doors, build trust at senior level and structure complex B2B / B2B2C partnerships.
Retail & distribution
• You will work on strategic deals, not transactional sales.
Leading complex sales cycles from qualification to closing
• Negotiating with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
• Working closely with underwriting, legal, product and operations teams
• Business Development
• Key Account Management
• Financial Services
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required. French is a huge plus.
You will join an international group with strong European expertise, while having real autonomy and local decision-making power in Belgium.
You will not simply manage an existing portfolio.
