Are you looking for an opportunity to represent a market-leading manufacturer of industrial cleaning and water jetting equipment?
Do you have experience selling technical solutions within industrial cleaning, construction, maintenance, or related industries?
I am currently representing a well-established manufacturer of industrial cleaning and high-pressure water jetting equipment that has been operating for over 35 years. With over 300 employees globally and a strong reputation across Europe, they are continuing to expand their presence in Belgium and are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth within the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting a range of industrial cleaning solutions, rental agreements, and service offerings. You will have access to an extensive CRM database and the autonomy to plan your own customer visits and sales strategy.
The successful candidate will have experience selling into industrial cleaning, construction, concrete refurbishment, façade cleaning, or similar sectors. They will bring strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to build long-term relationships with customers.

The Role:
* Generate new business through proactive sales activity and lead generation
* Manage and develop existing customer accounts
* Promote equipment sales, rental agreements, and service contracts
* Plan and organise customer visits across Belgium
* Utilise a large CRM database to identify opportunities and drive growth
* Complete sales administration and customer reporting
The Candidate:
* Sales experience within industrial cleaning, construction, maintenance, or related sectors
* Experience selling technical products or services
* Full Driving Licence
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* French and/or Flemish desirable
* Commutable to Temse, Belgium
