* Perform functional analysis and translate business needs into functional designs
* Manage concept, planning and preliminary analysis phases
* Define requirements and specifications for system enhancements
* Support changes from development through production
* Analyse service requests (feasibility, impact, timelines)
* Support system upgrades and resolve issues in existing systems
Profile
* +5 years Functional Analyst experience in banking/insurance
* Functional analysis & design of information systems
* Requirements definition & change support (dev → production)
* Service request analysis (feasibility, impact, timelines)
* Agile, analytical thinking, collaborative
* IT Security & software development knowledge
* SQL / DQL
* Fluent in English + NL/FR
