* Architect Solutions That Matter: Translate customer requirements into compressor, dryer, and accessory designs—prioritizing safety, performance, and sustainability.
* Own the Design Lifecycle: From concept to production, you will:
- Create and optimize CAD drawings (Inventor/AutoCAD) and parts lists for seamless manufacturing.
- Conduct risk analyses and safety validations to ensure "first-time-right" engineering.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and mentor technicians on the shop floor.
* Drive Global Collaboration: Partner with suppliers, procurement, and international engineering teams to standardize designs, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market.
* Elevate Quality: Lead technical reviews, validate peer work, and centralize knowledge to empower global engineering teams.
What You Bring
Bring your Expertise
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience).
* Proficiency in CAD systems (Inventor/AutoCAD) and PLM tools (e.g., ENOVIA).
* Fluent English (written/spoken) for global collaboration.
* 5+ years in mechanical design for industrial equipment (compressors, fluid systems, or heavy machinery).
* Proven ability to:
- Design for manufacturing, serviceability, and performance.
- Conduct safety/risk analyses and technical validations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams (procurement, production, R&D).
