Partnership Developer – BelgiumWe’re looking for a Partnership Developer to lead and expand our partnership strategy in Belgium. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth in our self‑serve segment, with a focus on management companies and small businesses.Key responsibilitiesScout & close new strategic partners – personalize pitches for each partner type, manage the full outreach cycle from outreach to contract negotiation, build a robust pipeline of high‑potential partnerships.Drive ongoing activation – act as the main point of contact for partner success, engage partners through check‑ins and updates, provide marketing collateral and product information, coordinate joint campaigns, identify opportunities to increase partner engagement and member conversions, and troubleshoot issues.Nurture & optimize partner portfolio – manage relationships strategically, conduct performance reviews, implement improvement initiatives, identify underperforming partnerships and scale best practices across the network.Track and report key metrics – maintain accurate tracking in CRM, analyze performance, and provide data‑driven insights to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.Ideal candidate5+ years of experience in partnership development.Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Native‑level proficiency in French and/or Dutch.Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns.Strong ability to measure impact and ROI of partnerships.Excellent networking, pitching, and communication skills, including experience pitching to C‑level executives.Strong content creation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset – self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving environment.High ownership and accountability in delivering results.Collaborative and able to influence cross‑functional teams.BenefitsGenerous equity packages complementing the base salary.Flexible office options: HQ in Paris, sponsored co‑working hubs in Ghent, Brussels or Antwerp, or a full‑remote experience with home office equipment sponsorship.All necessary tools: MacBook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and noise‑canceling headphones.Flexible vacation policy and working hours.Comprehensive health insurance – 100% of the contribution covered by Alan for you and your family.Transport benefits – access to the green mobility budget (for senior level employees).Learning and training opportunities – flexible policy, free books, and budget for conferences.Personal growth through coaching – each employee is paired with a dedicated coach from day one to maximize impact and navigate company values.Parental leave – extended leave for all new parents.We hire people, not roles.
