About the role
We’re currently looking for a Communications Analyst, whose mission is to implement the promotion of our services and products, particularly in the digital space; acquire and retain clients/users; analyze data and optimize communication channels.
Design, produce, and manage content—primarily audiovisual—targeted at end users, contributing to improved user experience, engagement, and accessibility of information through innovative formats (video, audio, podcasts, among others).
Responsibilities
* Collaborate in the design of strategic planning to generate initiatives that drive and promote engagement across different communication channels, as well as the use of services offered to our clients (B2B / B2C).
* Work closely with other departments to design impactful strategies focused on a target audience: service users.
* Develop scripts and conceptualize audiovisual pieces, coordinating with external agencies throughout the production process and final material review.
* Plan and produce podcast episodes, including outline development, coordination with subject matter experts, and content recording and editing.
* Manage external vendors (production companies, editors, voice‑over artists, etc.), ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
* Edit audiovisual content (video and audio) in basic to intermediate formats for publication.
* Support the creation of communication materials for different company audiences, primarily focusing on digital content management.
* Assist with additional communication services and administrative tasks within the communications team.
* Comply with communications team procedures (approvals, task organization in Trello, schedules, etc.).
* Develop, write, and coordinate content across various communication channels (digital platforms, institutional materials, internal campaigns, etc.), ensuring message consistency and brand identity across all channels.
* Propose innovative content ideas and formats that strengthen brand positioning and increase user engagement. Track defined KPIs for campaigns, adjusting plans based on performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the communications and/or marketing field. Experience in digital content creation and production, as well as vendor management and project coordination.
* Bachelor’s degree or Associate's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Audiovisual Production, or similar fields.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Adobe Podcast, and Canva.
* Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Microsoft Office: Advanced level. Knowledge of design tools.
* Strong writing and storytelling skills.
* Intermediate to advanced English (mandatory)
* Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results‑oriented mindset.

* Knowledge of digital metrics and content analytics.
* Creativity and innovation in formats and storytelling.
