Our client, a leading international consulting firm specializing in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations services, is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented HR Operations Associate (H/F/X)
It's a six-month mission in central Brussels.
Key Responsibilities:
* serve as first point of contact for employee HR queries via mailbox (FR/NL/EN);
* triage, prioritize, and resolve basic inquiries independently;
* escalate complex cases to relevant HR colleagues;
* provide administrative support to the HR Employee Services team;
* manage the HR mailbox for the BeLux region;
* follow up on employee requests (attestations, data changes, documents);
* accurately update employee data in HR systems;
* support onboarding-related administration;
* deliver standard input for payroll (no direct payroll responsibility);
* manage requests for absences, sick leave, and social changes;
* ensure proactive follow-up on cases to avoid bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
* previous experience in administration or HR is advantageous but not required;
* strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability;
* clear communication skills in French and Dutch, with a good level of professional English;
* friendly, service-oriented, and efficient - you solve problems, not create them;
* ability to work full-time; minor flexibility on hours may be possible.
