* Education: Advanced students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Outlook 365).
* Project Management: Knowledge and experience using project management tools such as MS Project or JIRA (Gantt charts).
* Profile: We are looking for proactive individuals with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a high level of commitment.
Nice-to-have skills
* Experience or knowledge in the insurance sector.
* Familiarity with software development processes.
* Previous experience working in teams in interdisciplinary environments.
